"Piniyak"is the more original name of this Igorot / Cordillera gourmet favorite. It is cooked and prepared in various highland styles. Offered to celebrate, to appease the gods, or when someone feels like eating one.

Today,  may this 'piniyak' reach it's destination of purpose especially for some people I have in mind this very moment...
