Mabukag

Just love this food. Best so far for me is the camote from Kapangan, Benguet. I'd say home to the best camote types in the world. Camotes from this area have a succinct taste compared to the ones I've tasted from other parts of the Cordillera. In the Southern Kankana-ey linggo, it's termed as 'mabukag'. Mabukag is described as the camote with rich taste and sugary-fibrous-crisp look.
